Khislavsky, Howell, & Song win faculty senate awards in teaching, research, and public service respectively

Drs. Khislavsky, Howell, & Song were all recognized with awards during the Spring 2021 Meeting of the Merced Division of the UC Academic Senate. 

The awards recieved were: 

DR. ALEXANDER KHISLAVSKY, Distinguished Undergraduate Teaching by a Non-Senate Faculty Member

In recognition of excellence in teaching at the undergraduate level.

DR. JENNIFER HOWELL, Distinguished Early Career Research (for Non-Tenured Faculty)

In recognition of research and/or other creative activities that have had a major impact on the field, either through a sustained record of contributions or through a specific, highly influential contribution.

DR. ANNA SONG, Distinguished Scholarly Public Service

In recognition of energetic and creative application of professional expertise and scholarship to benefit the local, regional, national, or international community.
