Dr. Sarah Depaoli has been appointed as a Visiting Distinguished Professor at the Faculty of Economics and Social Sciences, Methods Center, at the University of Tübingen, Germany. The official appointment is from October 2019 to September 2022. The goal is to construct an interdisciplinary, international, team of methodologists working on building innovative statistical tools that can benefit the social and behavioral sciences. She was brought on as the Bayesian expert and will be working on research innovations with a variety of scholars, particularly with those from the Machine Learning Cluster in the Methods Center.
