Allison graduated from Purdue University in 2016. She is a 3rd-year graduate student working with Dr. Heather Bortfeld. Currently, her work focuses on joint attention during parent-child play and how child hearing status affects these dyadic interactions. Within this work, she is interested in the parents’ use of multiple modality cues to engage their children. She also works with Dr. Rose Scott examining young children’s abilities to reason about others.
