Bio:
Aislinn is a 4th year graduate student working with Dr. Wiebe. She completed her B.A. at the University of California, Irvine in Comparative Literature with a minor in Gender and Sexuality studies in 2015, and her M.A. in Psychological Sciences at UC Merced in 2020. She is interested in the intersection of chronic physical health conditions and mental health issues, specifically in the areas of depression and disordered eating. She is currently focusing on insulin restriction in individuals with type 1 diabetes.
